VII. SPILL, LEAK, AND DISPOSAL PROCEDURES

Spill response procedures (including employee protection measures): For significant spills, clear area of all persons except those trained in emergency response, who may wear self-contained breathing apparatus(SCBA), appropriate protective clothing, hand and foot protection. Guard against sources of ignition.

Preparing wastes for disposal (container types, neutralization, etc.): Use covered metal container marked "FLAMMABLE LIQUID" Use vermiculite or other inert absorbent material if desired. NOTE: Dispose of all wastes in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.

VIII. SPECIAL HANDLING INFORMATION

Ventilation and engineering controls: Use of this product normally requires local exhaust ventilation or closed system processing. The system must meet Federal, State and local regulations for handling flammable liquids and vapors.

Respiratory protection (type): Use appropriate approved respiratory protection unless exposures are known to be below safe limits. Negative pressure respirators must use organic vapor filter elements. Supplied-air respirators are recommended by NIOSH.

Eye Protection (type): Chemical goggles or face shields.

Gloves (specify material): Use impervious gloves. Viton® material is recommended (Viton is a registered trademark of Dupont Dow Elastomers).

Other clothing and equipment: Use impervious clothing for spill cleanup. Change contaminated clothing immediately. Provide emergency shower and eyewash.

Work practices, hygienic practices: Train employees as to the hazards of this product and the content of this MSDS before they work with this product.

Other handling and storage requirements: Protect against physical damage to containers. Store in a cool, isolated, well-ventilated area. Indoor storage areas must be provided with a sprinkler system. Keep away from ignition sources, heat and oxidizing agents. Post NO SMOKING signs. Do not reuse containers.
